Purpose of personal data processing

We collect information for customer relationship management, customer communication and marketing with the person's consent.

Information to be collected

The information collected is the customer's name, address, phone number and email address. Information is stored for a maximum of five years from the customer's last order.

Information sources

Information about the customer is collected in connection with online store orders or with separate consent.

Forwarding of information

Information is forwarded for order-related purposes to, for example, payment service providers and transport companies, as well as authorities as required by law.

Registry protection

Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. Only persons handling the company's orders have access to the register.

The rights of the person

Those in the register have the right to check the information stored in the register and the right to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand corrections, he must send the request in writing (signed) to the controller either by post or scanned by e-mail.

A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of information about him from the register. The request must be sent in writing (signed) to the registrar either by post or scanned by e-mail.

As a rule, we implement your request within a month.
