General

The terms of delivery have been updated on March 25, 2024 and are valid until further notice. The online store is owned by Taletuu Oy (3245311-9).

For now, we only sell products to Finland (not Åland). The sales areas will expand in the near future.

The prices of new products include VAT. We use a profit margin system for used products.

Entering an e-mail address and phone number is mandatory information when placing an order. The customer receives a confirmation of his order by e-mail, which states the ordered products, the prices of the products and any taxes, as well as the shipping costs.

The customer commits to the delivery conditions when placing the order. There are separate purchase instructions for used products, which the customer commits to when buying used products.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery methods, times and costs

All products are delivered from our warehouse in Hämeenlinna. For now, we only deliver products to Finland (not Åland).

When ordering, you can choose whether you want the product via Posti or Matkahuolto.

Products are sent daily from our warehouse. When the product has been shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking code in your email.

Shipping costs

In addition to delivery, our delivery costs also include packaging materials and the payment method fee. This way we can guarantee versatile payment options and we don't have to separately charge a collection fee for loose parts or a small delivery surcharge, and it is also possible to order a single part.

Delivery to Matkahuolto collection points is 6.99 euros and to Posti collection points 7.95 euros.

If you wish, we can also deliver minifigures and spare parts (less than 25mm) as a letter, as a Posti small package to your mailbox or as a Matkahuolto XXS package to the pick-up point. This delivery option is shown at checkout if it is possible for delivery.

Mail delivery costs 3.25 euros if the weight of the products is less than 20g. In practice, this means e.g. approx. 1-4 minifigures. Mail delivery costs 5.55 euros, if the combined weight of the products is less than 170g, this practically means e.g. 1-15 minifigures. Please note that the customer, not the aletuu.fi online store or the transport company, is responsible for lost letter deliveries.

If you want home delivery of the product, the price is fixed at 16.85 euros.

If you want the product at another pick-up point that is available, you can contact our customer service.
The best way to reach our customer service is via e-mail kaskapalvelu@aletuu.fi.

Pick-up/delivery is also possible upon separate arrangement. In this case, please contact our customer service before placing the order and confirm the delivery method. At the checkout, you can find this option by choosing Pickup.

Return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days after you have received the products.

If you want to cancel the transaction, send an e-mail to the address kaskapalvelu@aletuu.fi, where you say you want to cancel the transaction. You will receive detailed instructions and a return address in your email. Simply returning the goods or not picking them up is not enough to cancel the transaction.

The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the product, and the product must be returned within 14 days of having announced the cancellation of the transaction.

In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

New products must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Used products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

 

Other problem situations

If the delivery of the product is delayed, please contact us immediately. We can locate products sent as packages, we cannot track letter deliveries.

If you received a different product than you ordered or the product is damaged, please notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

If the product has been damaged in transit, report it immediately to kaspalvelu@aletuu.fi. You can also make a claim for packages that came via Posti at posti.fi/fi/asiakastuki/vaastananottä/däkäittunut-lahetys
